By booking our services, you agree to the following:

Booking & Payment:

Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit or full payment.

Artists are not obliged to hold soft bookings without confirmation.

Deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited for cancellations, no-shows, or failure to reschedule within 48 hours of the event/session.

Service Disclaimer:

All services are carried out to the best of our ability using professional-grade, skin-safe materials. However, any allergic reactions or bodily occurrences following body art are not the responsibility of the artist.

Clients acknowledge that participation in our services is voluntary and done at their own discretion.

Right of Refusal:

Starrylight Atelier reserves the right to decline any client or request that is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or misaligned with our brand values.

Photography & Marketing:

Photos and videos may be taken during events for marketing purposes. Please inform us in advance if your event is of high sensitivity or if you do not consent to media usage.
